    Harley does talk to the neighbors dogs through the window, and used to get me introuble with the old neighbor because Harley would always call thier dog into our yard....the people thought it was me....  I cant have dogs, I'm allergic. I can have a poodle or a bishon. The poodle is a bird dog, and the bishon is alot of work. I grew up with poodles all my life...George is not a poodle guy  He's afraid I would paint its nails and give it a rhinestone collar

Awww.... Harley is sweet! How fun!
He can come over and visit my pack any time :-). You could also consider dogs such as the Mexican Hairless, or maybe a Chinese Crested :-). If it helps, I'm allergic to my dogs AND my birds. We get by (barely, sometimes :-).
