I found these classified ads....all are local....?s..

Do these seem reasonable.....of course I would have to go and check out each.....Thing is I want one that will accept my children...I will be the one home primarily...but want my children to interact with the bird when they are home....what would you do? Thanks!

1) I have a Extra large black iron bird cage 36 X 26 X 55. Comes complete with toys and a 3 year old male Red Lorde Amazon, hand fed and tame. There is a rehoming fee that includes everything. Previous Amazon or large parrot experience a must!
Rehoming fee now only $500.00 for everything!

2) Boomer, my 1 year old Quaker Parrot needs a new loving family! Can you help? Boomer was hand raised by me from only a few weeks old. She was hand fed baby formula with a syringe and therefore is no stranger to being held and handled regularly. She's got quite the spunky personality and talks a LOT. She knows "step up" and will step onto my hand on command most of the time and will say "step up, step up!" while doing so. She's also been known to say "come here, bad bad bird, pretty bird, rotten bird, whatcha doin, and my absolute favorite "Here kitty kitty". She also meows like a cat sometimes. LOL!

Boomer got her name in two ways really... I'm was a big fan of the sci-fi show "Battlestar Galactica" and Boomer was a character on that show, and also when she was first learning to fly she would fly around the room and come back to me kind of like a boomerang. :-)

Boomer has bonded to me and treats strangers with a lot of caution, but once she gets to know a person she usually likes them. The more you talk to her the more interested in you she becomes! :-)

Boomer comes with a decent sized cage and a rolling stand, several toys, treats, and food. There is an adoption fee of $250 and Boomer is well worth it.

3) I'm looking to find a good home for my baby girl. She's a Grand Eclectus parrot about 9 months old. She's been hand raised, knows some commands and is a sweetheart.
She's very healthy and will come with a small cage.

My husband and I have separated and I'm disabled and being evicted from my home, I'm no longer able to take care of her.

Small Rehoming fee asked.

Please serious inquiries only!!

STAY AWAY!!! Find yourself a baby. I can almost guarantee these birds have issues, and for a first bird, they are issues you are probally not prepared to deal with.
