Do you use a Harness ?

I bought a Feather Tether for Scarlett. Tried to get it on her exactly once. 2 adults vs. 1 parrot and man did she make us bleed. The harness went back the next day.

It's so nice to see harnesses and flight suits used - it really scares me to hear of how many people take their birds outside with no restraints at all.

Grace wears her flightsuit any time she's away from cage or playset.

at first i used a feather theather harness, but the aviator harenss is SO MUTCH BETTER :D LOve it ! And so does Baloo :D Ollie is so cute :D

Here's Gabriel in his aviator harness. He accepted it easily and it wasn't too hard to get on him.

zup just had his harness on for the 1st time yesterday! we had a little arguement when i had to put it over his head but that was realy it..altho by the end of it he figured out that if he chewed it when i was talkin to someone else he could get my attention back...oh well i suppose at least he is wearing it...neither tango or marley will let it near them

Ohhh, it sure took me a while to get aree to even LOOK at her harness. The first time we tried to put it on, she nearly took our fingers off! My hand was so bloody by the end, we had to stop.

The second time (months and MONTHS later) we tried, she accepted it as if she'd been in it a million times before. But afterward, continuous chewing!

Ames accepted the flightsuit easilly too, but like Aree, he wont stop chewing it!
