that's the second live bird on E-Bay over the last couple of days- last one was a cockatiel in NY. That got removed as well after complaints from BirdBoard members

The sad part about this is that while live sales are prohibited on EBay (and will get your account suspended pretty quicky at that), many times people will see them and email the Seller before the auction is removed... therefore, but the time the auction is removed - the seller already has a batch of people that he can use to "auction via email" - and so the same kind of situation generally occurs...

I love that EBay has policies against this - as it would quickly become a haven for all kinds of mills and terrible breeders and such - but it still stinks, because many times, the seller may end up "winning" the fight against EBay...

But honestly... I guess that there isn't anything else that can really be done...
I mean EBay could screen each auction before being posted, but that would cost them TONS of time and money... very very quickly...

But with that said, I am glad that it was removed!

ugh, first it was the cockatiel, and now the conure :( it wasnt the same seller, was it??

Listing has been removed, tried to find out the seller but didnt have any luck. Thumbs up to you for reporting it, it is those sellers that give others a bad reputation. 2 thumbs up!!
