Everyone knows I'm the Vp for the Parrots at Play Calendar program....
I'm letting you know it's that time of year to get your copy.

Several members of Birdboard participate and grace the pages of the calendar. The photo contest is open to everyone and I always announce it here and encourage participation.

2007 will feature Andrew's(Miro the macaw) Miro, as he is one of our winners.
Also, our own favorite Graeh, (Graehstone,Mike) has written a poem for the calendar for the second year in a row....(little does he know, he is now officially stuck with me )

The purpose of the calendar is to help birds and bird organizations that need help. The calendar price is set at $15.00 a copy. Of this $15.00 -------------
$10.00 is donated to an organization of your choice!!!!
There are many non-profit avian organizations around the country that are working hard to help birds; whether through education, rescue and adoption services, or conservation. The Parrots At Play Calendar is designed to help. All net proceeds from calendar sales are donated to non-profit avian organizations. The calendar sells for $15 and $10 of the purchase price is donated to help a bird.

Like humans, all pet birds are not "perfect". We believe that rescue birds are even more special and beautiful than most, and they deserve our best efforts to give them a better life. Our annual calendar is dedicated to these special pet birds, and to the compassionate humans that give the time, effort and resources to help "rescue" them and provide these wonderful creatures a better future.

1. Through the website with Paypal, or sending a check -be sure to specify WHO you want your donation to go to.
2. through Me. Pm me, and I will send you my email to get your address for me to send it. Again, Please Specify WHO on your check in the memo.
3. Through Bird Paradise. They have included a special thank you to thier clients in each calendar. A coupon to be used each month throughout 2007.
The donations through Bird Paradise have already been made upfront to the Alex Foundation at the Last seminar Dr Pepperberg Attended.
