Where did you get these birds from? How old are they? Who did you get them from, and what did they feed them?

Jake man just PM'd me asking what to feed these birds.
I have to wonder where they came from - if they new owner doesnt know how to feed them or take care of them why does he have them ?? ( not a critisism, just an observation)

Sounds like they need to see an avian vet.

Sounds like a great idea to me :)

Take these little guys to the vet, but make sure it is an avian vet that specializes in birds :)

The vet should help you with deciding why the bird(s) are plucking. If one has a balding head, it's probably being plucked by one of his cage mates.

The vet will also be able to assess their health and what diet is appropriate for them in general and in light of any issues they might have.

What had they been eating before you got them? Who and where did you get them from? How big is the cage that they are in? Do they get along?

Assuming that the female is plucking herself, her mate must be the one with the bald head... I've got a similar situation with a pair of tiels...

These birds may indeed need a vet checkup to rule out any ill health. As far as food, probably a good seed mix (no dyes or large amounts of sunflower seeds if any at all) with lots of fresh food provided.

Can you give us some more background history on how you obtained these birds, and some history about them?
