CC statement and pending trouble... ooops

I am going to be in sooo much trouble ... when the credit card statement comes in.....

I have been ordering parts for birdy toys on line... and I think that I have gone a "little" over board...

JB knows that I am expecting a "couple" of packages of bird toys parts.... well ... now have 6 + packages coming..... will not need any more parts for the next year... other than some untreated pine blocks and slates that I can cut and drill myself out of the untreated pine left over from closing in the small greenhouse for plants/orchids...

He thought that the toys that I ordered/got from Nancy/The Outlaw were soo neat... but asked me .. can't YOU do that.... well... I sorta figured that I had an OK.... sooo, went shoppin On line...

I have picked up locally old fasion one piece clothes pins (that I have been already using) ,craft/popcicle sticks, got a nurse friend to liberate at cost a box of tongue depressors (from the office she works for ) and bought a box of the wooden ice cream spoons (sweet talking Baskin Robbins).... so I could justify the vitacritter trial dye pack that I ordered....

When the packages start coming in during the next week... hope JB is out and about when they arrive.... at least until I put all the stuff away... ... already have plastic bins in birdroom , waiting for the bounty/goods...

Last night... discovered that Freyja... had finished off ALL the balsa, finger traps an rafita that she has been so happily working on ... and distroyed the pear link (the screw on barrel was missing... now how can a tiel DO THIS??)... from the toys I gave her from Nancy.... I had to go digging thru the crunched up pieces of balsa, rafita and finger traps to search down the pear link barrel... ... after much gross digging (poop of the day was of course mixed in) ... was able to find THE pear link barrel...

JB the hole time ... ...... wonder when he will bring more produce..

I have about a dozen web sites for toy parts....

I have tried to use mostly natural parts... but there are plastic beeds and stuff on most of these sites..

Let me figure out how to attatch them to a post... don't know if I can manage to links... just might be names/addresses only.... let me work on this one...

I love shopping for the fids !! Atleast when I give them something, they get so excited !! Give something to my rugrats ( ages 14 & 16 ) and they look at me like I have 6 heads LOL .. the fids yell and scream then chew chew chew till its alllllllllll gone LOL

Thank you!! www.mybirdstore.com is actually Bird Paradise. Now that I have compared, I realize their prices are very reasonable. Ive always seen the stuff in there, but figured there had to be better online prices. But I was wrong! How could I ever second guess my favorite place. Calvins Mom is gonna chew me a new one for this

I would LOVE to visit Bird Paradise.... but being in N FL ... welll ... not exactly around the corner...

Here in Tallahassee ... pickings are slim for bird toys and parts..... PetCo, Pet Smart and 2 mom and pop places.... otherwise SOL....

That is why I do mst of my shopping for toys and parts ..... on line... other than things like the old fasion clothes pins, craft/popcicle stick etc....

I don't have much choice....

And the Brats are just having tooo much fun distroying toys to not be able to keep them happy by restringing with new parts or making more toys...

I want the brats to be as healthey and happy as possible.... guess that is why JB calls the Spoiled Brat Birds...
