A [still nameless] update for Gayla and everybody else

I thought you might be interested in how the little cute orange guy is doing. Here's a summary:

*) I already mentioned that the blood tests came back and were good

*) we're still waiting on the DNA results, and once those are in, little cutie will get her/his name

*) he's an absolute snuggle bug... he loves to cuddle with his daddy and preens his beard whenever he has a chance

*) he doesn't screach (so far) he let's daddy know when he wants attention, but that's it

*) he's not much of a bather - he likes the water, but doesn't really go all in... working on that

*) this boy/girl loves to lean against anything he can find - he doesn't sleep in his (green) happy hut, but next to it.... leaning against it LOL

*) he likes pellets and seed (go figure), but loves cherry tomatoes. he also eats carrot, broccoli, apples and pears... and he indulges in mommy's birdie bread. he yet has to get the hang of kitchen sink... he also makes an absolute mess when eating

*) preferrably he'd be out of his cage ALL the time, and he does everything around the house with daddy (except for the cooking)... picking up, organizing, watching tele, reading BB, and (hopefully) helping in writing daddy's thesis

*) he loves to chew - not soo much of a play bird, more a chew bird... i got him one of these soft-wood duckies, and that thing is getting torn apart rapidly

*) he's getting a playgym today - probably a smaller, portable one (the large one is due next year )

So, to summarize it in a few words - he's doing great, his daddy absolutely loves him, and he's getting spoiled rotten.
