Guess you have to have all your questions handy.

Was he planning on plucking them? what would anyone do with a bunch of Budgie feathers - i know we Budgie owners are often retentive & keep our cute feathers but this is ridiculous!

I am a little surprised you're using Craig's list. are you using other places, like Pet Find or ADpost?? What about local pet food stores? Our local ones have posting boards.

Unbelievable! I agree, this guy much have watched WAAAAY too many cartoons for his own good

At least it reaffirms why interviewing is so necessary Very brave of you to use CL, that place scares me.

I interview BIG time, then I have them sign an agreement that they will NEVER sell the bird or give the bird up, if they want to get rid of the bird they will bring the bird back to me for their refund. I also make them sign to update me every 2 months for 1 year and every year after on the birds condition and I visit their homes a week after they take the bird home to make sure everything's going smoothly.

I tried petfinder and got spammed to hell with people from england wanting dogs or something.
