Franklin's first road trip

You may remember the saga of my brother, his wife and their new baby CAG, Franklin. Well Franklin has been settling in at home for a month or so now, and he's having his first road trip tonight - to visit his mom''s family. Franklin is settling in well, and imitating sounds and talking already at 8 months old! He still won't step up onto their hands, but will do onto a perch. However, he is settling in and the are bonding as a family Let's wish their first family road trip (only about 60-70 miles) for Christmas a success!

Very perceptive of you, Nancy! I' ve just been on the phone with my mom, brother, father, sister in law, step father, step mother, grandmother...so you understand. Happy that Corbett and Franklin (my relative fids) are having a great time. On the other hand, I'm happy to have a night in with my dear husband and my dear Humphrey - seeing husband's parents tomorrow and Humphrey of course is coming iwth us (My MIL watched Humphrey in Oct when I went to my brother 's wedding - she's been missing Humph ever since) Thanks for your kind words, Nancy - they are very appreciated.
