Well the older my birds have got then less time I spend with them due to there "leave me alone" attitude they aquire.
So Merlins been getting more and more out time. On a morning Meg still asks for scritches so I comply but mostly they just want to eat and sleep so I let them. Did take Meg to vets to make sure nothing else wrong and she let know know that when she's not asking for scritches she want's to be let be as drew blood for first time in10 years! I do feel horrid about not letting them out much but it is there choice. If they want out they only have to ask (Meg used to pace in front of door going "blurp") I know everyday I have with them is an extra days so wish I could do more with them but *sigh* they want to be loners :( On the other hand Merlin is loving all the extra out time and toys :P

My 'Too will sit with me for hours while I'm on the computer and wants a good scritch. If he feels I'm not paying enough attention to him, he'll climb up my stomache until he's eyeball to eyeball with me and rubs his head against my nose or cheek for more loving. He is just now coming down from the hyperness of having a Christmas tree in the home. He knows Santa always leaves him gifts to open and he loves that. Plus there's always the extra peanuts and goodies he gets as well. :-) Sometimes we play catch with soft toys. He's got very good aim and harder toys leave lumps on us. He's my very spoiled baby and always will be.
