What do they call your fids?

Leo is 14 months old, he only says "Zeus" and "Bird". Zeus sounds like "Doot" and Bird is "Bud" hehehe. It's so cute that I caught myself calling Zeus "Doot" this morning. I said "Hi Doot" lol.

I've got three teenagers, so they make up "tight" names for the birds.

Marley is "M-Dog"
Goliath is "G-Man"
Shiloh is "Big 'un"

I swear, I wonder where the kids came from sometimes.

i have a 11 yo daughter and 12 1/2 yo. they just call the birds baby. or their silly sassy or crazy cuddles.

Well I don't have any kids, but my little 19 month old niece who is over here a lot calls Ollie, Aw-yee. It's so darn cute.

My 3 year old and 6 year old nephews used to call Gypsy "gypy", Vega was "vava", Darla was "dawa". I don't recall them calling harvey by name and Ginger was always called ging (my mom), honey girl (me). or scooter (my dad) lol

My 4 year old insists that Tuc's name is "Sweety" which is what I called him when we chose eachother at the breeders when he was a green baby ball of feathers. Usually though he calls him birdie like the rest of us, we are soooo original!

our daughter is 4 and we have had indie for a few years and she calls him ninnie.this has just stuck for her. cookie is called cookie monster with a deep rumble in her voice (like how cookie monster says his name) And buzz is called budgie to her. tiffanys rabbit is supposed to be called jazzy but she calls her jasmine for some reason.
