Cleaning coconut toy

Hi

Nemo has a natural coconut toy from GreyFeatherToys.com. He loves it. The problem I am having is keeping it clean. He poops in it and then it gets on him and the other parts of the cage. Any advise for keeping the inside part, where he sits, clean? Thanks,

Joanne :0)
