Okay, I have a good story.
I took a class in animal communication. I don't know if it's hooey or not what she does, but I think it definitely taught me to pay more attention and try to put myself in the animal's place. I did have an experience in the class where I was convinced I had a message from another person's animal, so I don't know what to believe.
I hadn't seen the teacher for about a year after the class when I ran into her again and she remembered Zen's name and the reason we came to the class. I found that impressive knowing how many clients she has and classes that she teaches.

I have in no doubt that some people can occasionally pick up on what an animal wants or what it may be saying, and this can be quite an odd feeling... I once had the feeling that Noel wanted me to pick her up though from this thought I was so confused I didn't know what to do but rather stare... I didn't pick her up but I did end up thinking about what had happened and why I had gotten that feeling when Noel is one that usually prefers to be left alone.

I am interested in reading up in books about the whole psychic thing and reading minds, especially pets, as it is something that interests me somewhat, though not enough that I *HAVE* to get into it...

I believe you can get connections with certain birds. That you can pick up their feelings if you are attuned to them. With my one bird Zorro. We have been together a long time and we are very bonded. When we are alone in a quiet room and I am gently stroking him I get to the point where I am very relaxed and feel as though I can sense how he feels.

When he was badly injured and I held him and stroked him I could feel something wrong a discomfort. I would tell my vet that his head was throbbing and his beak was sore, that I knew and the vet I am sure thought I was a wacko. He did let me give Zorro asprin though I think to humor me more than ease Zorro's pain. LOL But I don't believe a complete stranger who has no bond with the bird can do the same.
