We recently ordered an aviator harness for Miro, but when we got it home, it was too small. Luckily, it did fit Marlow. Then we bought another harness for Miro, but this one was to big. I'd rather not lose fingers, so we did not try it on Princess Clectus. I emailed their customer service to find out what I needed to do to exchange our Med for Small. Within 2 hours, they emailed me back and are sending me a new harness AND a self-addressed stamped envelope to return the original. It is so nice for a company to make an exchange so user friendly, I just had to share. Not to mention the harnesses are a breeze to put on compared to the many others we've tried. I'm very pleased all around.

I have only heard good things about them. Glad to see yet another satisfied customer.

I've been using that harness with Madison since she was around 6 or 7 weeks old. She's 11 weeks now!! I'm so glad I got her started early. I have harnesses for both Spencer and Tristan, I just haven't gotten the "guts" to try it on them yet!!! I guess I better get with it, huh?

They're wonderful people to deal with...so personable.
When you get your bird used to wearing the aviator harness, be sure and put it on them from time to time whether you need to or not...if you stop using it for any lenght of time...they sometimes make you start the whole process of getting them use to it *again*.

I have that harness, too and IMO it is the BEST by far on the market today. I never got the hang of all the hardware on the FeatherTether.

We usually put it on once a week or so and go look at the fish and turtles in the backyard. Baby Grey makes use of the elastic leash every time. :)

I had the exact same experience. Since Jazzy is a SI Ekkie, she needed the Small but I had ordered the Medium. I emailed them and they treated me just as they did with you! The Hartman's answered me personally. I love them and I love the Aviator Harness (and Bird Sitter DVD which is filmed at their aviaries)

Here she is in the Medium which is too large:

Here is the Small on her:
