i give valo parts of an orange slice every now and then since he gets orange juice too and it makes his poop a little watery

Just a word of caution: if you feed pellets, do not feed citrus. It interfers with vitamin uptake, I believe.

Oranges This is a good source of vitamin C. Frozen, undiluted concentrate can be used for cooking and contains the highest amount of potassium and vitamin C. I think it's good to feed! Maybe sparingly, but good nevertheless! When I feed oranges (pretty rare now a days), I normally just cut a slice of orange, with peel, and gave it to Noel and Casey.... they'd eat what they wanted and leave the peel. I never really did give it to the little guys often, as most times they couldn't figure out how to eat the orange or weren't interested...
