Search for ducorp or ducorps cockatoo... Bare eyed cockatoos are also known as corellas... bare eyed cockatoos are known as little corellas, slender billed corellas, and long billed corellas, depending on which species/sub species you are talking about...
Bare eyed cockatoos are called that for a reason... they have a patch of skin usually under their eyes that is bald... the ducorps
The Ducorps (and the Goffins) are my two of my fave cockatoos! :icon_smil
And nothing is as endearing and cute as a Baby 'Too. I hate to be the wet blanket around here, But- here's a serious suggestion for you.... Since the bird is very young and it will be 3-4 more months before it's fully weaned (if weaned properly!) use every moment of that time to research, research, research! While the Ducorps and Goffins are two of the "easier" cockatoos to house and to deal with, because of their smaller size, they are by no means "easy birds" to raise and care for. They demand attention. Sometimes lots of it. Every single day. They are prone to plucking, screaming, and other neurotic behaviors, especially when they feel neglected or ignored. They are strong chewers. Just as bad as some birds much larger than they are. They need lots and lots of (sometimes expensive) chewing toys. They can also be very adept escape artists; and demand cages that prevent that and that can stand up to hard chewing. No oversized cockatiel style cage for them! LOL So before you commit to taking a baby cockatoo from this breeder, perhaps you should really look into the pros and cons of cockatoos as pets. And I'm not talking about asking folks who breed them or sell them. :icon_smil You have to look at recently published books and at websites that have NO vested interest in the sale or breeding of cockatoos. IMO, if you want to start off in the world of companion birds, there are smaller, less expensive, easier-to-adapt-to birds one can choose as a first bird.
