New Camera
I recently got a new camera so I hauled the birds outside on the porch the other day in this lovely 60 degree weather and had a photo shoot. Thought I'd share some.
 caique feathers. I was having a wee bit of fun practicing with my zoom  pretty orange!  preening  head shot  caique eye dilation.. what I call 'red eyes' lol   itchy scratchy head  higgins 'surfing' on his rope perch outside lol  the Pac Man!

Those are some very nice shots....
a couple I wouldn't mind tryin to sketch, but at some later date. I already got a lot on my plate for right now. BTW, is that Caique Rosie or Higgins (my guess is Rosie)?

Thats Higgins, Rosie is still working on growing her feathers in :)

Ooops, my mistake...
didn't seem like enough green in the little bit by the nares for it to be Higgy... Hmmmm... lets see if I know my cams... 8mp Sony with a 10X zoom? Ah yes, would that be the DSC-H3B?
