"shhh" Product

does anyone know anything about King's "Shhh" product that you put in your birds water to calm them? Malaki's a chronic screamer and I've tried everything. She's screamed for 4 months straight now. I've read all the books, tried whispering to her, tried ignoring her, tried encouraging her to talk instead of scream... no luck. Any suggestions?

The King products are similar to the Bach remedies. Check the label; they have alcohol as one of the ingredients. So I would not use them.

this one doesn't have alchohol in it. I'm not familiar with the Bach remodies. What are they? Are they bad?
