Sad Auction

I just did my typical "Eclectus" search on eBay and saw an auction that said "Eclectus Parrot" so I thought it was another person selling a live bird on eBay. So I clicked on it, only to find it's a dead Ekkie to be used for taxidermy. It was a very sad picture and made me sick to my stomach... I wish I hadn't seen it.

how awful. Just like another auction on ebay a while back where somebody was selling chopped off wings. Remember?

FYI -

I reported it under terms of use violation. While stuffed parrots are allowed, this is a dead animal and has not been preserved.

This is the auction number if anyone else wants to report

Again, there are times I believe that certain callous members of our species ought to be severely and soundly beaten wth a big two-by-four with a couple of rusty embedded nails. For a few hours, at least. It isn't enough that the poor thing had to die... some sick puppy has to visit this kind of indignity on its body. Disgusting.

Selling a whole dead animal on an auction site is pretty low. if I were an Ebay moderator, I'd suspend the auction AND the seller's account.
