the margarine would have to be altered?? i dont bake, wait .. i mean i dont go in the kitchen to use the applicances often LOL.

LOL!! Well if you do make it into the kitchen, I would definitely alter the margarine and the sugar. You could use applesauce, fruit juice, some pureed veggies to give it the moisture you'd need for mixing. I also would use non-enriched wheat flour, or maybe a mixture of corn meal and wheat flour.
