Questions to Ask

I am going to look at a CAG tomorrow and need some advice. If we do get her, we wnat her to be a permanate part of our family. So, to avoid making a rash decision, are there any particular questions I should ask the owner? Let me give you a little background info on the grey first:
Her name is Molly and she is a CAG. She is 6 years old and the owners have had her since she was a baby. She has never been a plucker or a screamer, but is a little shy. She doesn't have a preferance when it comes to men or women, and like dogs (which is good for us) She has been exposed to a varied age of children (also a bonus) and is a moderate talker. From her description, she sounds like a great fit for our family.
Again, to avoid causing a potential disaster, what questions do I need to ask the owners? Thanks for all comments!!!

what does Molly's diet consist of?
how often does Molly get "out of cage" time?
has Molly been to the vet for annual check ups? can you get a copy of these documents for your avian vet to review?
has Molly had problems with egg-laying?
are there any colors that Molly absolutely hates? likes?
what are Molly's favorite treats?
does Molly have any favorite songs? tv shows?
what kinds of toys does Molly like? dislike?
how does Molly take a bath? misting? use a shallow bowl?

these are just a few things i would ask about a new bird.

In the email, the woman said that they had to rehome her "because of their changing lifstyle". They are not able to give her as much attention as before, and know she would be happier with someone else.

What a shame. If you take her..I wish you all the best. I have a CAG, rescue, and he gives me so much joy. I cant imagine my life without him. Try not to worry so much about continuing her current life style. The 2 of you will grow together. Good luck!
