You did it! Isn't it a great feeling when they try something new? I am glad Jasmine is getting her veggies now! And I make mine in a glass pan and then cut it into little squares.

Thank you! This is a GREAT idea :) I will search for glass cookware somewhere.......

Now I just need not non-stick pots and skillets!!! Anyone?? Something affordable but good quality.

Cast iron is great as a skillet - once you season it & they usually have instructions.

I use stainless steel for my pots - you could try buying a few or one to start. I invested in Cuisinart's Stainless - they have a steamer that fits over a med saucepan & comes with 2 sizes of lids - good value & low price point. They're not very heavy & clean up quite well with Baking soda when things get stuck or the bottom gets dirty - there are s-steel cleaners on the market & once in a while i use them.
