Missi's Ekkie Mini Muffins: The Saga :)

Inspired on my post from a few days ago ( She won't eat her veggies! ). Here I will take you on a picture adventure of the making of my Ekkie Muffins!

Please pardon the lighting on this pic...I took it in a rush.

I just popped the mini muffins into the oven.

STAY TUNED!! Should have pics of the finished product pics here in a half hour and then pics of Jasmine *hopefully* enjoying her new treat in 45 minutes to an hour!

Oh, I think she loves it! Little does she know she's eating broccolli, snow peas, red bell pepper, vegetable stock, and eggs with shell! This was such a wonderful idea and I want to thank EVERYONE who suggested it! Pardon Jazzy's scruffiness, she's STILL molting

Once again, sorry about the crappy quality of pics...I'm trying to get this project done before the big game...GO GATORS!!

Birdie breads are big hits around here too. I make one batch of veggie and another fruit one and freeze some, I have blissful silence while they are pigging out! LOL!

Aww thank you Dani!! That's *so* nice of you to say!! She's my little scruffles right now, but I love her none-the-less! Can't wait til she goes through her year molt and gets rid of her icky baby feathers!

I can't believe I actually did trick her! She LOVES this stuff! Oh my, Ekkie girls are SUCH high maintenence princesses, aren't they though!

My question is...how do I go about freezing this stuff? Like, that do I wrap it up in or seal it in? How long will it keep in the freezer?

We put ours in those freezer zip lock bags, they will hold a good bit once frozen.
