Moving to England, can I take my bird???

Hi,

My husband is in the armed forces. We are going to Englad in August. I have a cockatiel who I do not want to leave behind. This bird is my best friend. Is is possible to take him?? I have found no info on how to do this. If any has any ideas or know anything about taking a bird overseas, please help me. I will be heartbroken if he cannot go with me.

Thank you,

Jen

Here's some information that may be of use....

http://www.defra.gov.uk/corporate/re...rade/im98a.pdf

You may also want to contact the British Consulate to get up-to-date information..

http://www.britainusa.com/atlanta/

It's in Atlanta, but covers Alabama as well.
