new albino budgie pics, opinion needed please

hello everyone,
As a fellow bird lover, I am glad to be part of this forum. I have two budgies and a baby cockatiel.
I started out with just Chester, my gorgeous blue budgie, a year ago. He speaks about 20 words and several sound effects now.I have recently added an albino budgie and a tiel just the last couple months.

I bought the baby albino budgie last month. He is about 4 months now give or take. We call him Quagmire. Quag and Chester have been getting along well in separate cages, so I have them together now that the quarantine is over. They are doing very well, however chester has been trying to mate with little Quag and feed him.

My question is, what sex is Quag (pics below). *the cere is actually a little lighter than the pics show, more creamy blue and very faint. I was hoping for a male, he was bought to be a companion for chester and I wasnt planning on babies, but it would be kind of neat if it does happen.
The lady at the pet store said she thinks quag is male, he is getting some blue around the cere but also has some white around the nostrils. I also read somewhere that albino females cere will turn brown and blue/pink means male, white rings or not. I am confused with this one and I really want to know the sex.
Does chester (male budgie) know if quag (albino) is female. would he try to mate even if quag is male, or is the mating a good indication quag is female. Hope some of you who are familiar with albinos can help. sorry if the pics are a bit big.I am not sure how to resize them. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a female to me. If they are living together in the same cage having babies isnt the real problem - losing the tameness can be though. Dont take them having babies lightly please. Its a big responsibility and there are enough homeless budgies in shelters all over. Not to poo poo that idea but there really is allot more to responsible breeding than just putting a male and female together. Study the breeders section for a while and do some research and check the bird rescues and petfinder, you will see what I mean.
If it were me I would let them have there own cages and just some playtime out together. Dont give them a nest of any kind and make sure they get a good 10-12 hours of darkness. To prevent (hopefully) egg laying. If you want pets that is. They will still benefit greatly from each others company and stay tame for you.

It looks like a male to me. Just because you have budgies of the opposite sex does not automatically mean they will breed. I have had 2 males and 2 females in a cage for years, and no babies, or eggs for that matter. They all coexist as a little budgie colony, my one male gets busy with the perches and toys, but not the girls!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling she was a girl. I was hoping for a boy but she is so pretty, it makes up for it.She is really good so far. She is not a fear biter at all. I have had her out quite a bit and she likes to hide under my arm, she has never tried to bite at all. Chester still comes to me as usual so far.I think I will keep them in the same cage. They seem pretty attached and I really dont have room for two big tiel cages side by side. I don't plan on breeding them in the near future. If she lays eggs, I will take them away. They dont have any nesting places, and the bottom of the cage has a grate. I may read up on breeding, and in the future, I may consider it. I am an at home mom with lots of time for my fids. I am not sure how I will explain mating to my children though lol (age 5 and 7). They have already asked why chester was standing on her humm

In relation to "telling your kids about mating" I have a 7 year old sister who knows that "when a boy animal and a girl animal do that, they have babies and its called 'mating." lol
