The photo contest for the 2009 Parrots At Play Calender began Feb 1st and will run until Jun 30th. It is open to all bird lovers. Because I have seen so many beautiful pictures our members have posted, I would love you all to be part of this program.

The mission of our calendar program is to raise funds to help birds and supports many non-profit avian organizations who provide education, rescue and adoption services, sanctuary, or conservation efforts.



HOW OUR CALENDAR HELPS BIRDS

There are many non-profit avian organizations around the country that are working hard to help birds; whether through education, rescue and adoption services, or conservation. The Parrots At Play Calendar is designed to help. All net proceeds from calendar sales are donated to non-profit avian organizations. The calendar sells for $15 and $10 of the purchase price is donated to help a bird. You can help by simply buying a calendar! You can even specify which participating non-profit avian organization you would like to make a donation to!

The calendar is a wall calendar 17 inches high x 11 inches wide and is printed on high quality paper on a four-color printing press. The artwork is colorful and vibrant. Please see our features pages for more detailed information on the calendar. It's a calendar that any animal lover will enjoy!

YAY! I think I'll give it a go... Ash lying on her back playing with her ball maybe? Or hanging from some native flowers... Or holding the budgie still in one foot and lovingly preening his head! So many ideas so little time!!! This is exciting!!!

Can Aussies buy the calendar and are previous additions still available? Some of those pics are awesome, in fact most of them are!!
