Weird behavior

Okay so Jasmine has this ferret toy which is a plastic ball with a bell inside. She likes to beat it up and kick it around usually.

Yesterday we were playing with it and instead of beating it up, she would pick it up with her beak and then set it down in front of her and waddle on top of it and try to sit on it like it was an egg.

Do you think that she thinks it's her egg?? I mean, she's onlny 8 months old! I'll try to get a video.

Oh that is cute. I bet she does think it's her egg. Even if she is only 8 months old. My daughter is a long way from having babies. A L-O-N-G way, but that doesn't stop her from playing dolls. I bet it's a similar thing. Just practicing.

Sophie loves to chase around balls too. But she has never tried to sit on one.

Oh that is soooo cute!! I do think that she's pretending that it's her egg. Just like a little girl playing house. What a sweetie!
