Charlotte Cates is a volunteer with the Phoenix Landing, a non profit 501c3 all volunteer organization working to promote and protect the welfare parrots. As a volunteer with Phoenix Landing, Charlotte has taught classes in parrot behavior, care and training. Charlotte has enjoyed studying animal behavior since she was a young child, and focused on animal behavior during her undergraduate and graduate education.
