Lovebirds, how long before the become mates???

roughly how long does it take before 2 lovebirds will become mates if at all?

It depends on if you have two of different sex or not (some birds pair up even though they are of the same sex), and how well they like eachother. It could take less than a week, or a couple of months. Birds are quite like humans and so they like to get to know eachother more before bonding tightly together.
