Sadness in my house this week
I left for a conference on Sunday evening and all was well at home. Monday morning I got a call from my husband that my son found my cockatiel Mo, my beautiful Mo Mo, in the bottom of the cage dead. I had seen no indication at all that there was a problem and there were no signs at all of her being ill. I watch closely because I worry about my babies. I got Mo 4 years ago at the age of 4 and she has been the constant companion of my boy Piper ever since. They loved each other. She was so cuddly and loveable. Always patient with the little ones in the house and never even nipped when she was upset. Piper has been so upset, constantly calling and calling. I don't know what to do for him.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how heartbroken you must be. She was beautiful and she was very loved. Give Piper lots of extra love and attention, he is grieving too. (((HUGS)))

I am so sorry Jennifer. I wish I knew what to say about Piper. I'm sure he's just so heartbroken. Mo sounded like such an awesome bird. Again, I'm very sorry.
