What an interesting article! I've read something about that somewhere else also, but can't remember where. I think parrots are smarter than humans. We can learn other languages from our own species, while they can learn (and use and understand) lauguages of completely different species than themselves. I'm in awe. We are blessed to have them among us. Birds rule!
