i followed your other post, but since you got a lot of good advice i didn't see a necessity to repeat what was already said....

however, i'd like to congratulate you on your decision - not only because the little guy will have a great home with caring parronts, but also to you for all the work and research you have and are doing (bird club, vet, books, meetings)... if there were more people like you on this world, a lot less pet birds would be in a bad situation - thumbs up for you for giving him a chance... i think it's great
