All of my birds LOVE when I make yam puffs. They also all love banana chips or anything I am snacking on.

I found them in "The Healthy Bird Cookbook"
You boil yams, add a little butter, orange juice and granola. Form into balls, roll in granola and top with grated apples and baked. If you want I can send you the recipe. They also have great muffins with all sorts of veggies, beans, etc.

My parrots both love pancakes (they donīt get it very often). Maya (Senegal) also loves bananas and Puppe (Senegal) loves peanuts.

My Linnie loves brocolli and nutri berries. And Golden Delicious (no other kind) apples, and corn. Oh, and greens. She doesn't eat millet anymore. I can't figure that one out.

My Parrotlet (Tommaso) loves carrots. I also give him broccoli. I think he likes to play with the broccoli more than eat it, but I do think he does swallow some of it. He also LOVES my cereal in the morning (especially shredded wheat). He gets so excited and jumps in my bowl (before I put the milk in of course). He also loves the seeds in red hot peppers.

Sydney's two favorites are bok choy and carrot tops. Sees us coming with those and he's right there ready to pig out. He likes broccoli too, but doesn't attack it like he does the other.
