alright - first you want to get her used to eating pellets... an all seed diet is not good for her... you can get all kinds of pellets at any petstore, but i personally don't feed anything else but zupreem and harisons (those you get a vet's or online)... start offering those to her - if you go for zupreem fruit, it might be the best idea to get her used to pellets (those are colorful and fruity)
also, offer all kinds of fresh veggies you can find - we went to the grocery store and bought all kinds of stuff when we got new birds to see what they like... carrot, broccoli, tomatoes, bell pepper, chili pepper, corn, etc.... no avocado, onions or mushroom though... potatoes only cooked, same with beans....
you can "cheat" in the veggies by mixing them (chopped) with her seed and/or pellet mix....
apple and other fruit such as peaches, pears, banana, grapes are sugary... use them mainly as treats instead of food (though i sometimes do mix them in with the veggies since the carrot sticks so nicely to them so they eat their carrots without knowing)
you can also try birdie bread - there's a very easy receipe that our birds like a lot

hope this helps
