congratulations! My sister (half sister) is 18 years younger than me. My children have an aunt that is two years older than them but it is fine. They are like friends and we don't make the kids call her aunt because of the age difference. It will be great for your child to grow up so close in age to your grandchild. Congratulations! Our children are very spaced out as well. 32, 21, 14 and 11 (11 was a little bit of a shock...) You do tend to have a lot mre patience with the younger ones. Since we've seen it all, they can't really spring any surprises on us any more. Been there, done that!
My mother was 45 when she had my "baby" brother and after the inital shock he was the love of her life.
