I've known for quite a while now that Teflon (or PTFE rather) is hazardous to our bird's health. So of course, the thought of PTFE being harmful to us is an easy concept to grasp.
I was almost positive that this product, which unfortuantly is being used in my house, is dangerous. I never brought it up in front of my parents, because I was waiting for the proof to provide itself. This article made it perfectly clear that PTFE is harmful. Excuse my ignorance if i'm in any way mistaken, but i'm thinking that it's time for a discussion with my folks, to see if we can save ourselves from Du Point products before it is too late. **Edit= PTFE not POFA! **
