where abouts do you live? because this sounds like a very familiar place. they have an "ekkie" aswell.

Well, they never responded to the email... but someone cleaned house.

Clean cages.
Clean birds.
Healthy birds.

Hek the same eckie is there and she is no longer looking malnurished or plucked. She is back to looking great.

Oh, and they reach in to get the birds.
