I came across a 13 yoa cockatoo $500.00. Was kinda wanting a younger one but if the facts I got on this bird are true seems to be a awesome bird. what do you all think? Just hope Sid will approve

He's been DNA sexed male? Small warning, if you have other males of any species (humans, too!) in your house, some male U2s have to be the only male in the house. but, at 13 years old, the owner will know this, and if you have a man who can come with you, it will be REALLY obvious. It isn't really something that they just show later on. . .
And, the stress is on some U2s having this problem. Honestly, I don't think $500 is too much for a U2. We paid about that much when we took an 8-year-old in 7 years ago after his owner died from cancer. . . and he was one that hated males!!
