Does she often eat with her feet? My Parrotlet doesn't do that. I actually just saw her do it for the first time in the year I have had her.

Hi Sally: Thanks for the compliment! I do love her! And back at ya. I always check the parrotlet area to see if there are more photos of Chipper. She's just a doll, and I just love seeing her.

Yes, ChooChoo eats using one foot to hold food, like the larger parrots. I've read that p'lets don't do that, normally. Just a species thing, I think.

Thanks for all the responses! I went back to the petco to see them again ,and they were gone. The salesperson said right after i left someyone bought all of them. But theyll get more soon. I guess this petco is only going to sell small to medium birds from now on. Thhey also said i could spend time with them in back to pick one . Which is good cause behind glass its hard to tell what theyre like. They also sell hand fed birds that dont seem tame at all!The price was 450 which I thought was high but pet stores mark up from breeders and you can almost never find them here ,so I m not sure. Anyway any linnie info is appreciated thanks
