All my birds are molting right now so I have a ton of cockatiel and parakeet feathers...nothing bigger than that though. Your work is absolutely beautiful also.

Generally I use teil, keet, and other types of feathers in the featherwork at the bases of the macaw feathers and also on the featherwork on the center feather of the fan.

I have lots of Macaw tailfeathers,and 3 very rare ones from my B&g Macaw.
He molts one out every 6 -12 months,its a very light yellow with a white quill.
Here is a pic of my set up,for months ive been thinking putting them Ebay but,i just love them feathers.

Thanks guys!!!
He has been with mr for 2 1/2 years and so far it always molts out that color and his previous owner told me he has always had that color tail feather.
A few people told me that he has the lutino gene,ya know those extremely rare pale yellow B&Gs.
