Parrot Enrichment Book

Hi! I have seen several people on here reference the downloadable Parrot Enrichment Book by Kris Porter. I had tried the link several times and kept coming up with error messages. I finally found another site to access it from and was able to download it but then have another problem. My Acrobat Reader for PDF files is like almost obsolete. I can see the text part of the book but nothing else and keep getting even more error messages. Is there anywhere to find a copy of this that is not in PDF where I can actually see the pics or is there anywher to get an already printed copy of this book? I am always looking for more ideas and have bought almost anybook I can get my hands on so thought this would be another to add to my extensive collection LOL!
