Mark is making Baby a Southern Belle

Ok folks, I'm announcing my new bird here:
I am taking in Baby from Glenda. I am cancelling the eclectus thing, for right now, although I still love those Ekkies.
Glenda had read about how I had birdsat Cecil thru the winter months and learned from his diabetic issues and bonded really well with him through it all. And she asked me if I would take Baby. I was very humbled by her asking me. At first, with a scar on my right hand from a Cecil-moment, I wasn't sure. After much research on Blue Front Amazons, watching some video Glenda sent me and talking with our Avian vet, I've decided we need to take her. I'm already cage shopping.
I will not go get her until July as we are taking off a month for a vacation and I don't want to interrupt her more than she already has had to be.
But, mid July, I'm meeting Glenda and "bringing Baby home" I'm gonna make her a Southern Belle. :)
The kids are excited and the wife is "cautiously" excited. hahaha
Me, I can't wait to get home from our dream trip to:
GO GET MY BABY
Just thought I'd let everyone here know about the exciting news.
