Chipper and my Necklace-twins!!
I was wearing my Parrotlet necklace today. Took a pic. with Chipper. I was just about to give her a little bath.

Yes, Chipper does not mind if I hold her. It is so cute. As long as she is with me. Shoulder, hand, she is happy! I am holding her in the avatar also. Had to, to get that hat to stay on! That is not photoshopped!
