Unfortunately, not for Gracie.
She'll use ropes to slide "down", but not "climb";
her twisted right foot makes ropes a little bit too unstable for her to climb.

Yes, they compensate pretty well don't they......
Gracie doesn't think there's anything "wrong" with her either (and we agree).

Grace's foot problem is due to a nesting accident. There was 1 egg left after she hatched and when Momma bird moved back to sit on it, Grace's leg was broken.
By the time the breeder realized what had happened, it was too late to do anything about it.
There was some nerve damage done, so she isn't able to open the foot very much, but she still uses it. She even hangs from the one toe claw upside-down from the ceiling of her cage when she's playing with her toys.

good for gracie, limes problem may have been a nest accedent too, i dont know for sure. im just guessing, he came that way, and the privious owner has no clue, he didnt know their age, and had the sex figured backwards. he thought lemmon was the girl and lime was the boy. im glad he was wrong on both sexes, i still got a pair and they've got 2 chicks now.
