It's not just the noise I think that scares them off, they're notoriously clingy birds and if they get over bonded or sometimes not enough attention they pull their feathers out, scream, and become unmanagable for some people and I'm not trying to be bias he is a beautiful bird and I bet an even bigger sweetheart, but Too's are for people who have lots of time, and with the way society is now time isn't a lot of what many normal people have.

Tinna-I wanted to make a joke about you saying Too people are not normal, that was funny. Instead, you know it's true. Toos and most birds really need a lot of your time. I'm good for Whiteboy because I'm retired. Whiteboy is a nice Too because for one thing, he was wild caught (I've read that they have less issues than birds weaned and raised by humans), and I guess he wasn't held when he was a baby, so he doesn't expect it. He loves cuddles, but he doesn't beg or scream for them.
