Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill

DailyOM - Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill [DVD] (Documentary)

I have not seen this documentary yet, just the video clip at the above link, it looks interesting. I was wondering if anyone here has seen it?

It is really wonderful, kind of sad. I was really upset about some parts and still don't like to think about hawks.....

It's a beautiful story, but it does have it's sad parts. I know it's on dvd, but I saw it on the PBS channel. If you can see it- go for it!!

It is amazing!!!! It's too bad though that the city has banned feeding them! (but only because people were complaining, and there were lots of sunflower shells and apple cores being left in the park)....

"It's a beautiful story, but it does have it's sad parts. "

Sure but I don't think that it's a bad thing....it's just life. Without sadness we wouldn't know happiness nor appreciate it. Sure those parts tug at your heart strings but to feel is a good thing imo. To know that someone is not with us forever is how we appreciate what we do have.

It's a great movie. It goes to show that a little creature can change someone's understanding and outlook toward animals in general.
