Lineolated parakeet in cold weather

I'm in the process of setting up a good sized aviary with indoor and outdoor flights. I already got the indoor par up and running, and now I just need it to stop raining so I can put up the outdoor flights as well.

I live in Norway, and during winter it can drop to a couple of degress below zero (celsius). I have totaly falled in love with the linnies, but some websites claim they dont like temperatured below 10 degress sadly. So my question is, will it be to cold for me to keep the linolated parakeet? The indoor part will have a heat lamp and certanly wont drop below zero, but im not sure if this is good enough for the linnies?

Ive always been interested in linnies.Their very hard to find near boston. Are your birds friendly to people?

Im still looking for some myself, just want to make sure they are hardy enough to survive in my climate before I get any :)
