Before trying anything have you taken them to a avian vet and had test run to make sure there isn't anything wrong with them?I myself have
a plucking B&G Macaw that is now 14 years old she's a rehome/rescue and has been with me for 4 years. She has had every test imaginable over the years. At one point she did have an infection and was treated but she continues to pluck. They have now ruled it habitual.I hope your able to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for rescuing them.

I'm not sure if this will help but I have an Australian Rock Pebbler that is a plucker and I started putting vitamin E oil on him to help lubricate his skin and it is helping.
Good luck
