Where to find trick training toys

Hey guys,

So I've decided after almost a year of owning my cute little Sun Conure, Lola, I want to try to teach her some tricks. I've looked at a couple websites, but the ones I've seen that sell bird toys don't have much of a selection. What do you guys think are some of the best websites for purchasing bird trick-training toys? Things like basketball hoops/skateboards/scooters/mini golf course... I've seen the craziest things on youtube, hehe.

Any ideas?

Brad

I've gotten a few things at these places:
Nature Chest
Chirp n Squawk Bird Supplies

There are a few more sites I don't remember of the top of my head. I'll do some research. The problem I've found is that no one site will have a great selection; you need to visit a few. And it's hard to find props that are an appropriate size for a sun conure. Most props are designed for larger birds.

The best method is to think creatively and create your own props out of other types of items. I found a little children's piggybank for example and turned that into a prop. There are some other examples of props here: Best in Flock - Blog About My Conure Parrot

I just came across parrotprops.net and they seem to have quite a few as well.

Wow, those are some really cool advanced props I've never seen outside of shows. (But I clicked on the bicycle and got a bit of sticker shock.)

Brad, I hope you update us often on your progress with clicker training!

Holy Cow! Did you see the price of the bicycle? It cost more than MY bicycle.

Phew!
